Fee Categories
Each year, as the conference approaches, the organizing team reminds members of the fees due to the treasurer. We encourage all participants to pay their registration and membership fees before the conference. If you have not yet done so, please pay by September 15, 2026.
Please review the following fee breakdowns carefully.
The fees are as follows, and they apply to both in-person and virtual participants.
Professors and Lecturers in the U.S.: $80 USD
Students in the U.S.: $40 USD
Professors and Lecturers from outside the U.S.: $40 USD
Students outside the U.S.: $20 USD

2. Air Travel:
For participants traveling by air, there are three major airports serving the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area:

For participants traveling domestically, we recommend DCA because of its proximity to Washington, D.C., and Howard University.

3. Hotel Accommodation:
